TUT50 will be held in the Shilin District near Taipei City, based on Wuzhi Mountain Trail extending to Taipei Skyline ridge 195km. Participants can register for one of the following categories: • 10KM : A beginner-friendly experience focused on fun and sight-seeing. Very suitable for families and the elderly, or those with hiking or sprinting. • 20

TAIPEI ULTRA TRAIL is a 50km ultra trail distance in the suburbs of Taipei City for the first time to elevate previous trail races to an international standard level. The course is based on Wuzhi Mountain Trail course and extend further up to cover all the mountains area. Taipei Ultra Trail provides 10 km, 20 km, 30 km, and 50 km extreme distances, a total of four distance categories. The 10 km is suitable for general beginner runners and groups to experience the trail-running challenges and fun picnics. The 20 km is suitable for advanced trail runners. The 30km compound route is designed for experienced trail runners to improve their technical skills and physical strength, and those who plan to participate in international mountain races. 50km Ultra combines skills and endurance abilities. It is specially designed for long-distance athletes with high skills, consistency, intensity and accumulates ITRA points. The first half is the Wuzhi Mountain Trail, mainly focusing on technical trails with wild terrains. The second half, runners will experience running on the mountains ridge line with magnificent scenery of Taipei. 30km and 50km runners will experience unique giant rocks and cave terrains.
