About the Race

The 10 km is suitable for general beginner runners and groups to experience the trail-running fun and picnics. The 20 km is suitable for advanced trail runners. The 30km compound route is designed for experienced trail runners to improve their technical skills and physical strength, and those who plan to participate in international mountain races. 50km Ultra combines skills and endurance abilities. It is specially designed for long-distance athletes with high skills, consistency, intensity and accumulates ITRA points. The first half is the Wuzhi Mountain Trail route, mainly focusing on technical trails with wild terrains. The second half, runners will experience running on the mountains ridge line with magnificent scenery of Taipei. 30km and 50km ultra runners will experience running on the skyline ridge immersing yourself in the sky, sea, silver grass, and mountains.

TAIPEI ULTRA TRAIL is a 50km ultra trail distance in the suburbs of Taipei City for the first time to elevate Taipei trail race to an international standard level. The course is based on Wuzhi Mountain Trail and extend to Taipei Skyline ridge 195km. Taipei Ultra Trail provides 10 km, 20 km, 30 km, and 50 km extreme distances, a total of four distance categories.
