La Picon Castro 2025

Carrera pensada para esos trail-runners que les gusta correr, para los que no quieren recorridos largos y no muy técnicos, para los que quieren caminar-correr o simplemente caminar. Recorrido diferenciado en dos mitades, una primera muy corredera saliendo de Espinosa de los Monteros con un ligero ascenso atravesando el Bardal y el Estraperlo. Y la otra mitad que acumula casi todo el desnivel, llega a Salcedillo por los Pilangreros y culmina con los ascensos de la Frente, Bustulama y el cortafuegos de la Herbosa hasta llegar de nuevo a Espinosa. En resumen, mucha senda, mucho bosque y tramos poco técnicos en general, pero ojo, con sus 1000 metros de desnivel positivo.
