Yanshou Trail Running Challenge 2026

2026北京昌平·延寿越野挑战赛简介 2026年4月25日至26日，第三届北京昌平·延寿越野挑战赛将在北京市昌平区延寿镇海字桥鸣枪起跑。本届赛事以“延寿径 越世界”为主题，由北京市昌平区人民政府主办，北京市昌平区体育局、北京市昌平区延寿镇人民政府承办。赛事规模全面升级，总参赛人数扩大至3000人，旨在为国内外越野跑爱好者打造一场融合极限挑战与人文风光的顶级山野盛宴。 赛事组别与规模 赛事设置三个极具挑战性的组别，满足不同水平跑者的需求： • 长风径（65公里）：累计爬升超过4300米，关门时间18小时，规模750人。 • 凌云径（40公里）：累计爬升超过2700米，关门时间13小时，规模1000人。 • 通幽径（10公里）：累计爬升约580米，关门时间3小时，规模1250人。作为入门体验
