About the Race

The Upriver Running Fall Races 50K distance takes place in the Trowbridge Forest in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The 50Km course will follow the same route as the 25Km course, but will be completed twice. Do not let the elevation fool you. This is a technical course with plenty of rolling terrain. Runners will have access to a total of 5 aid stations: 1) Balsam Access Trail Head (approx. 7.3 Km) 2) Cascades Conservation Area (approx. 14.3 Km) 3) Kinsmen Park - 1/2 way point (25Km) 4) Balsam Access Trail Head (approx. 31.2 Km) 5) Cascades Conservation Area (approx. 38.2 Km)
