Ultra X Scotland takes place in the Scottish Highlands, a mountainous region in Northwest Scotland known for its stunning scenery and trails, with the Great Glen and Loch Ness at its centre. It offers five event distances: 110km single stage, 110km over two stages, a 60km, 50km, 25km, and 12km event. Under 23's can participate for free across all race distances.
