Tackle this Mega Coastal Trail. Starting in the township of Huskisson, you can see the turnaround point far off in the distance across Jervis Bay at the extremity of Booderee National Park. This is an out and back route that returns to Huskisson after 106km of trails, beaches and cliffs. With lots of technical terrain and short, sharp climbs this is a challenging remote course through pristine wilderness areas. We reckon experienced ultra runners can open up and attack this course, but need to save their legs for some technical terrain and aggressive hill climbing. For less experienced runners, we see it as a highly accessible long course with loads of runnable terrain and amazing scenery offering a truly wild experience. Obviously as locals we are biassed, but we believe it’s one of the most scenic and amazing places in Australia.
