A prova Trail da Ladeia - Frutorra é percorrida na sua maioria (cerca de 98%) em trilhos técnicos, estradões e carreiros, em grande parte na freguesia de Alvorge. The Trail da Ladeia - Frutorra race is mostly covered (around 98%) on technical trails, roads and paths, largely in the parish of Alvorge. Race certified by ATRP and is part of the national circuits, as well as the Leiria Trail district championship. All races begin and end at the headquarters of the Centro Social Cultural e Recreativo de Alvorge:
