TRAIL ARDENYA 2021

La Trail XS és el circuit petit de la Trail Ardenya ja que tan sols té una distància de 23 Kms. Així doncs, es preten que qualsevol persona que estigui interessada en córrer, sigui quin sigui el seu nivell de forma, pugui participar a l’event. Per altra banda, tot i tenir una distància reduïda, l’itinerari s’endinsa dins el massís de l’Ardenya, de manera que els corredors d’aquesta distancia també podran gaudir d’una bona dosis de natura en estat pur. Per prendre part en aquesta competició, cal que els participants disposin de la llicencia anual apta per la competició expedida per la FEEC (mínim modalitat C), la FEDME o d’altres federacions estrangeres adherides a la UIAA (Unió Internacional d’Associacions d’Alpinisme) i a la FSA (Federació Internacional d’Esports d’Alçada). També podran prendre part els posseïdors de la tarja temporal de la FEEC que es tramita únicament per al mateix dia de la cursa i té un preu de 5€ addicionals. Hi hauran avituallaments al llarg del recorregut i tots els participants tindran esmorzar al finalitzar la prova i bossa del corredor. També hi haurà servei de dutxes/vestidors (al Pavelló Municipal d’Esports).

The Trail XS is the small circuit of the Ardennes Trail as it is only 23 Kms away. Therefore, it is intended that anyone who is interested in running, regardless of their fitness level, can participate in the event. On the other hand, despite having a short distance, the route goes into the Ardennes massif, so that runners of this distance will also be able to enjoy a good dose of pure nature. To take part in this competition, participants must have an annual license suitable for the competition issued by the FEEC (minimum modality C), the FEDME or other foreign federations affiliated to the UIAA (International Union of Associations of Mountaineering) and the FSA (International Federation of Altitude Sports). Holders of the FEEC temporary card, which is only processed for the same day of the race and is priced at an additional € 5, will also be able to take part. There will be refreshments along the route and all participants will have breakfast at the end of the test and the runner's bag. There will also be a shower / changing room service (in the Municipal Sports Pavilion).
