上州武尊山スカイビュートレイルは、武尊山の厳しい自然環境を舞台に開催されるハイマウンテンカテゴリーのトレイルランニング大会です。HOTAKA（138km）とTONE（78km）を中心に、急峻な登下降や岩稜帯を含む本格的なアルパインコースを設定。標高差8,000mを超える国内有数の難コースとして、自立した山岳ランナーに挑戦の舞台を提供します。
