About the Race

Participantii vor alterna intre sectoare umbrite si expuse, fiind recomandata protectia solara si hidratarea regulata.

The marathon route - 42 km - starts from the Tauni Gravitational Winery and ends at Bethlen-Haller Castle, crossing vineyard areas, meadows, forests and asphalt roads. The cumulative difference in level gives a hilly profile, very physically and technically demanding, with numerous climbs and descents. It is suitable for experienced runners. Route surface: Approximately 30% of the route crosses forest areas, and the remaining 70% is on open ground: vineyards, meadows, farm roads and fields. Participants will alternate between shaded and exposed sectors; sun protection and regular hydration being recommended.
