赛事全程规划28公里秘境赛道，全程串联多元地形，路线闭环设计，轨迹清晰、路标完善，保障参赛选手奔跑安全与路线辨识度。赛道融合三种差异化地形，兼具路跑舒适度与越野挑战性，全方位满足跑者越野体验需求：一是平坦顺畅的铺装观光路，适配节奏奔跑；二是野趣盎然的山间小径，贴合山野越野核心属性；三是2公里原生态机耕路，考验选手越野技术与耐力，实现单场赛事的多元地形越野体验。

本赛事为 28 公里环泰山春日越野跑，采用闭环路线，不进入收费景区。赛道融合铺装路、山间小径及原生态机耕路三种地形，路线清晰、路标完善。赛事以春日山野风光为特色，途经碧霞湖、韩家岭、艾洼等小众秘境，为具备越野基础的跑者提供安全、专业且富有野趣的越野体验。
This is a 28km spring trail race around Mount Tai with a closed-loop route, which does not pass through any charged scenic areas. The course combines three types of terrain: paved roads, mountain trails and primitive dirt roads, with clear course markings and complete signposts. Featuring beautiful spring mountain scenery, the race passes through Bixia Lake, Hanjialing, Aiwa and other off-the-beaten-path spots, providing a safe, professional and interesting trail experience for runners with basic trail experience.
