Turnu Rosu Challenge 2026

Traseul de cros își începe aventura din zona pitorească a Mănăstirii Turnu Roșu, urmând cursul lin al Văii Caselor, pe un drum forestier ce se întinde pe o distanță de 4 km. La intrarea în sat, traseul virează la stânga, intersectându-se cu poteca marcată cu triunghi roșu. Aceasta urcă prin peisaje deosebite, conducând participanții spre Poiana Pleașa, punctul culminant al traseului, situat la o altitudine de 1000 de metri. De aici, începe o coborâre tehnică și palpitantă, urmând marcajul cu cruce roșie, care duce înapoi la punctul de start/finis.

The cross-country trail begins its journey in the picturesque area of Turnu Rosu Monastery, following the gentle course of Valea Caselor on a forest road that stretches for 4 kilometers. At the entrance to the village, the trail turns left, intersecting with the path marked with a red triangle. This path ascends through breathtaking landscapes, leading participants to Poiana Pleasa, the highest point of the trail, located at an altitude of 1000 meters. From there, an exciting and technical descent begins, following the red cross marking, which takes participants back to the start-finish point.
