Turnu Rosu Challenge 2026

Traseul de semimaraton își începe aventura în decorul fermecător al Mănăstirii Turnu Roșu, urcand pe traseul marcat cu punct rosu, urmat de triunghi albastru iar de la intersectia cu traseul cruce gablena urmeaza o coborare pana in satul Sebesu de Jos unde o sa fie si primul punct de hidratare si alimentare, de acolo urmeaza o urcare de vreo 6 kilometri pe un drum forestier urmat de o poteca nemarcata turistic pana in traseul de creasta marcat cu cruce roșie, urcând spre creasta Munților Făgăraș. Punctul culminant al traseului este Chica Fedeleșului, unde se află un punct de control și hidratare. După această etapă, participanții revin pe poteca marcată cu cruce roșie până în Poiana Pleașa unde este ultimul punct de hidratare si alimentare, de unde începe o coborâre tehnică palpitantă, ce îi conduce direct la linia de finish

The half marathon route begins its adventure in the charming setting of the Turnu Rosu Monastery, climbing the route marked with a red dot, followed by a blue triangle and from the intersection with the yellow cross route there is a descent to the village of Sebesu de Jos where the first hydration and feeding point will be, from there there is a climb of about 6 kilometers on a forest road followed by an unmarked tourist trail to the ridge route marked with a red cross, climbing towards the crest of the Fagaras Mountains. The culmination of the route is Chica Fedelesului, where there is a control and hydration point. After this stage, the participants return on the path marked with a red cross to Poiana Pleasa where the last hydration and feeding point is, from where a thrilling technical descent begins, which leads them directly to the finish line
