NiedamiRUN to zawody trailowe odbywające się na dwóch dystansach: 22 km i ultra 52 km. Trasy biegów przecinają Karkonosze, Bramę Lubawską i Dolinę Bobru. Start i meta znajdują się w Niedamirowie koło Lubawki – wiosce położonej na granicy trzech kultur: polskiej, czeskiej i niemieckiej, skąd bliżej na zasłużone knedliki niż schabowego.
NiedamiRUN is a trail race that take place on two distances: 22 km and ultra 52 km. The running routes cross The Karkonosze mountain range, The Lubawska Gate and Bóbr Valley. The Start and the finish are located in Niedamirów near Lubawka - a village on the border of three cultures: Polish, Czech and German, from where is closer on well-earned dump
