Scopul principal este atât promovarea sportului in aer liber, cat și frumoasele zone turistice din Banatul montan . În acest scop, un grup de inițiativă a avut dorința de a organiza ediția Scorilo Sky Race în Poiana Mărului, cu speranța înființării unui concurs anual.
The main goal is both the promotion of outdoor sports and the beautiful tourist areas of the mountainous Banat. For this purpose, an initiative group had the desire to organize the Scorilo Sky Race edition in Poiana Mărului, with the hope of setting up an annual competition.
