Ultraløp i Sandnes, Rogaland 21. - 23. april 2023. 100 miles, ca. 9000 hm og 50 miles, ca 4700 hm i teknisk terreng. Ruten tar utgangspunkt i FKT-løypa "Sandnes lengste" laget av Tommy Haga. Start (100 miles) og mål (for alle) vil være på Alsvik natursenter. Start 50 miles er Bynuten parkering. Vi har også 43 km , ca 2400 hm, start stemmen og 23 km
