High in the misty hills of West Java, the Patuha Mountain Marathon takes runners through volcanic trails, tea plantation, and the white crater of Kawah Putih. The climbs are tough, the air is thin, and the terrain shifts from soft dirt to rocky path. Fast descents and sharp switchbacks lead back to the valley. This is more than mountain marathon.
