YeahGo GO UP Growth Plan - Luzhou Fangshan Training Trail Race 2026

野够跑山训练营组织的泸州方山训练赛，隶属于野够GO UP成长计划训练赛，赛事首次开设两个组别，设22公里组/爬升1350米（环方山一圈）与45公里组爬升2700米（环方山两圈），赛道串联景区核心路段、原生山林野路、历史石板步道、乡村机耕道与硬化水泥路，路况丰富、起伏适中，既能让跑者穿行于林海禅音、丹霞峰峦之间，沉浸式感受方山自然与人文魅力，又能体验越野跑的挑战与乐趣。
