We circled the city of Medellin through its mountains, passing through 8 of the 10 municipalities of the Aburra Valley. Anyone who has hiked the Aburra Valley through the mountains in one breath truly becomes an Aburra native. 140 km with over 7,000 meters of elevation gain.
