Die Almen-Runde ist mit 5,0 km und 221 hm für jedermann und jedefrau zu bewältigen und führt über einfache und schöne Trails. Es gibt bei km 3 und 221 hm eine Verpflegungsstation mit Wasser, Sportgetränk, Cola und Banane.
At 5.0 km and 221 metres in altitude, the Almen-Runde is suitable for everyone and leads along easy and beautiful trails. There is a refreshment station with water, sports drink, cola and banana at kilometre 3 and 221 m elevation gain.
