Der 4-Almen-Lauf ist mit 7,5 km und 326 hm für jeden zu bewältigen und führt über einfache und schöne Trails. Es gibt bei km 3 und 221 hm eine Verpflegungsstation mit Wasser, Sportgetränk, Cola und Banane.
At 7,5 km and 326 metres in altitude, the 4-Almen-Run is suitable for everyone and leads along easy and beautiful trails. There is a refreshment station with water, sports drink, cola and banana at kilometre 3 and 221 m elevation gain.
