Celem imprezy jest popularyzacja i upowszechnianie sportu jako sposobu na aktywny wypoczynek osób w każdym wieku. Przyświeca nam także cel promocji Miasta Kraków i Województwa Małopolskiego oraz popularyzacja tras biegowych Lasku Wolskiego. W ramach XIV edycji Grand Prix Krakowa w Biegach Górskich planujemy organizację pięciu odrębnych biegów.
The aim of the event is to popularize and disseminate sport as a way of active recreation for people of all ages. We also aim to promote the City of Cracow and the Lesser Poland and popularize the running routes of the Wolski Forest. As part of the 14th edition of the Krakow Grand Prix in Mountain Running, we plan to organize five races.
Trasa adresowana jest dla osób poszukujących prawdziwych wyzwań. Dwie długie pętle w styczniowy poranek mogą być też dobrym przetarciem przed innymi dłuższymi biegami ultra. Nic tak nie buduje wytrzymałości, jak kilometry po takich górach!
The route is intended for people looking for real challenges. Two long loops on a January morning can also be a good practice before other longer ultra runs. Nothing builds endurance like kilometers in such mountains.
