The Sta. Cruz Trail Ultra 2024 sounds like an exciting event, celebrating the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur. The incorporation of the 140th Araw nang Sta Cruz adds a meaningful touch to the occasion. The race routes offers the 10k, 25k, and 60k categories promise diverse experiences for participants.

Sta Cruz Trail Ultra is an annual event organized by Sta Cruz Trail Runners in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Sta Cruz and Sta Cruz Tourism Office showcasing scenic mountain ranges of the municipality in the foothills of Mt. Apo, the highest rooftop of the country.

About the Race

The 60 kilometers scenic route will take you through the central mountain ranges of Sta Cruz. The highlight of the course will take you to the rugged terrains of the 8 summits in the foothills of Mt. Apo namely Mounts Loay, Baryara, Tagaytay Ridge, Tinako, Dinor, 796, Fortune and Tagaytay Peak. Mount Tinako is the highest point of the course above 1,300 masl (Expect to be tough). The mountains of the course is part of the “trailblazer” program of the Sta Cruz Tourism.
