路线起点和终点均在海曙深溪村。经龙鹫古道上龙栖湖-静山茶园龙岗岭-南山自然营地返回深溪村。路线一圈 5.3KM，爬升 350m，下降 350m，路段组成为:古道 2KM，机耕路 2KM，公路 0.3Km，途径青石古道、林间小道茶园细径、柏油公路。不设立 CP点。
The course starts and ends at Shenxi Village, Haishu. It follows the Dragon Vulture Ancient Trail to Longqi Lake, Jingshan Tea Garden, Longgang Ridge, and Nanshan Nature Camp before returning to Shenxi Village. The loop is 5.3KM long, with 350m of elevation gain and 350m of elevation loss.
