Ultra X Madeira is an event that takes place in and around Madeira. Madeira is an autonomous Portuguese island and the largest and most populous of the Madeira Archipelago (Porto Santo and the Desertas being the others). It offers three races: 110km two stage event and a 60km and 50km single stage event.

About the Race

There are two stages to Ultra X Madeira over Saturday and Sunday. Saturday is the first stage of the 110km race, which is 60km and will commence at 05:00 in Machico. The 60km single stage race will also commence at the same time along the same route. The second stage of the 110km route, is 50km and will commence at 07:00 on the Sunday in Soa Vicente. The 50km single stage race will also commence at the same time along the same route
