The Chios Health Athletes Association Chiosrunning in co-organization with the Municipality of Chios, the Regional Unit of Chios and the Cultural Association Friends of Karyes announces a mountain running race Chios Hardstone Trail for the routes of 5km, 13km, 24km and 42km which will take place on 30-4-2023, in the mountain village of Karyes.

Chios Hardstone Trail 24Km, είναι η διαδρομή του αγώνα μήκους 24χλμ και 1280μ. θετικής υψομετρικής διαφοράς. Η φύση της διαδρομής του αγώνα είναι τεχνική στο μεγαλύτερο μέρος της, απαιτεί καλή φυσική κατάσταση, είναι δυνητικά εκτεθειμένη σε απότομες αλλαγές του καιρού στα ψηλότερα σημεία του βουνού και απευθύνεται σε καλά προπονημένους δρομείς με ανάλογη εμπειρία ορεινών αγώνων.

Chios Hardstone Trail 24Km, is the route of the race with a length of 24km and 1280m of positive altitude difference. The nature of the race route is technical for the most part, requires good physical fitness, is potentially exposed to abrupt weather changes at the highest points of the mountain and is aimed at well trained runners with similar mountain race experience.
