这是中国深圳境内的银梅塘茶反向步道。全程距离为 22.58 公里，总海拔上升高度为 1607 米。路线途径三大城市森林：塘朗山、梅林水库和银湖山。超过 80% 的路段为越野单线道，符合 ITRA 徒步跑道认证标准。

This is the Yin-Mei-Tang-Cha Reverse Trail in Shenzhen, China. The total distance is 22.58 km with a total elevation gain of 1607 meters. The route passes through three major urban forests: Tanglang Mountain, Meilin Reservoir, and Yinhu Mountain. Over 80% of the course is off-road single track, which meets ITRA trail running certification standards
