O 4º TRAIL RUN AQUI HÁ-OS é composto pelas distâncias de 12km, 17km, 30km e 46km. Os traçados estão desenhados na encosta norte e oeste da Serra da Boa Viagem em percursos já existentes: estradões, single-tracks, caminhos agrícolas e muito pouco de estrada asfaltada. A localidade da Praia de Quiaios sedeará o Secretariado e a Partida/Chegada. Exceç

The 4th AQUI HÁ-OS TRAIL RUN is made up of distances of 12km, 17km, 30km and 46km. The routes are designed on the northern and western slopes of the Serra da Boa Viagem on existing routes: roads, single-tracks, farm tracks and very little tarmac.
