This race encircles the spa town of Harrogate on the Harrogate Ringway at a radius of 3-4 miles, mostly on attractive country paths and passing through the spectacular Nidd Gorge. For the Ultra it also takes in the Knaresborough Round. The Half Marathon Cuts across the Stray and Harlow Carr Moor
