Tigershead 老虎頭是一座很特別的山，雖然只是高 465 米，但是位置獨特，在山上可享 360 度廣闊視野，遠景有香港島、九龍、大帽山、屯門、隔海相望，近景亦可仰望大東山的宏偉。秋天時，山上更是一片又一片金黃色的芒草，涼風吹來，芒草有如海浪般此起彼伏，實在美不勝收。
Tigershead is a geographically unique mountain with a modest elevation of 465 meters. Its exceptional location offers a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view. From its summit, one can observe Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, Tai Mo Shan, Tuen Mun, and the expanse of the sea. Additionally, the majestic Sunset Peak can be admired from this vantage point.
從起點梅窩銀河花園出發沿銀礦灣泳灘到達紅水山，景色開揚，山頂的另一側突然有一條行車路，往下走一公里多，兩旁出現幾幢略帶西式風格的建築物，便是進入了聖母神學的範圍。然後沿山邊小徑到達愉景灣水塘。最後是挑戰巍峨陡峭的老虎頭，在山頂接入老虎頭郊遊徑落下，在望渡坳左轉東梅古道便返回梅窩，會途經銀礦洞及白銀鄉，返回梅窩銀河花園衝線。
Starting from Mui Wo River Silver Garden, participants run along Silver Mine Bay Beach to Hung Shui Shan, from where you can see the tranquil and beautiful Silver Mine Bay from a different angle. There is a road on the other side of the mountain. As you run further down, you will see several western-style buildings on both sides, which belong to Our Lady of Joy Abbey. Runners must then continue along the coastal path to Nim Shue Wan and then climb up to Discovery Bay Reservoir. The final challenge is the steep and rocky Tigershead. Once at the top, runners continue on Lo Fu Tau Country Trail and down to Olympic Trail.Then return to Mui Wo via the Silver Mine Cave and Pak Ngan Heung and finally reach the finish line again.
