About the Race

The Upriver Running Fall Races 50K distance takes place in the Trowbridge Forest in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The 50K course follows the same route as the 25K course and is completed twice. Do not let the elevation fool you. This is a technical course with rolling terrain throughout. Runners will have access to a total of 5 aid stations: Balsam Access Trail Head - approx 7.3 km Cascades Conservation Area - approx 14.3 km Kinsmen Park halfway point - 25 km Balsam Access Trail Head - approx 31.2 km Cascades Conservation Area - approx 38.2 km
