The event involves challenging runs on ancient trails, crossing rocky peaks and lush valleys, and exploring glacial lakes. Participants carry only a light pack for daily essentials. All other baggage, food, and lodging are fully provided and transported between tented camps. The race offers a community experience, with runners sharing stories and recovering together at evening camps. It tests the physical and mental strength of participants.
